Delivery times

We will typically ship with The Courier Guy and the estimated shipping time once the package leaves our warehouse is 2 – 5 business days. Orders are only shipped within South Africa.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of an order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following week. Our warehouse will be closed on all holidays. During the holidays, and busy online shopping events, we may experience slower than typical processing times to ship out orders, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Once an order is shipped it will arrive within 2-5 business working days.

Refunds and Returns Policy
 
At Kuja, we have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. 
This means that we will do what it takes to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily assist in providing a resolution or refund up to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Any suspicious fraudulent activity is disqualified from any return or refund. If you are unsatisfied, or if you have unaddressed concerns about your order, please reach out to us directly at info@kujawellness.com. Please provide your name, invoice number and specific reason for your request. A member of our customer experience team will reach out to you once we receive your request. Please note that we require proof of purchase if we cannot verify your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, please contact us for a return address. 
Refunds are issued directly back to the credit card or payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds should be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days from the date you receive a refund notification. If after 5 business days you still do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no pending refunds. You can always reach back out to us, and we will be happy to confirm the refund has been processed. 
Orders placed on kujawellness.com are immediately processed and packed in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed.
Since our products are supplements, we do not restock or resell any returned product.
Purchases made on other websites and through retailers (not directly from www.kujawellness.com) are subject to the refund and return policy of that specific company where the purchase was made. Please reach out to the company where you have purchased from to rectify any issues with your order.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete, incorrect, unclaimed or failed mail forwarding address, you can then choose a refund for the product less the original shipping charge or we can ship the product to the new address for an additional shipping charge.
We are not responsible for any lost orders if the incorrect or incomplete address is provided at the time of checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders
 
Couriers may experience delays in shipping and longer than expected shipping times during high volume purchasing events and around the holiday season. Delays with couriers are out of our control.
Our shipping partners make successful deliveries the vast majority of the time. Unfortunately, some orders could be lost or damaged in transit. An order is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 consecutive business days without a tracking update.
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Mpumalanga and we cannot take responsibility for orders once they have left our warehouse. Kuja does not accept liability for loss, damages or additional shipping expenses. Upon purchase, title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser.

Can I make changes to an order?
 
Once your order is placed, we can no longer make any changes. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@kujawellness.com.
If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to successfully update an address error before our fulfilment team pulls the order, we will most definitely try our best. The shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

Our orders ship with The Courier Guy. If you require specific shipping method, please contact us to determine if we can accommodate. A R100 flat fee is required to change shipping method.
